Carl Spector, Esq., is teaching a course for the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education called “The Anatomy of a Criminal Law Case.” In the course, Mr. Spector speaks about how the criminal justice system works and how an attorney should deal with his or her clients, their families, and everyone in the courtroom through each phase of the process.
